  • Membership Commitment Terms: Upon sign-up and initial payment, a 3-month service term is established. Should cancellation occur before this term concludes, an invoice for the remaining period will be issued to your email/physical address.

    Coach Member Responsibilities: As a valued member of The Fully Aligned Coaching Institute, we appreciate your commitment to maintaining an active and engaged presence. To ensure a smooth experience for all, please adhere to the following responsibilities:

    1. Account Maintenance:

      1. Keep your account information up-to-date, including billing details and contact information. This is not accessible by admin of The Fully Aligned Coach.

      2. Notify us promptly of any changes to your business information for the Coach Directory. Form supplied in the Member Forms page.Attendance and

      1. Attend scheduled classes, Monthly Masterclasses, and Mastermind Cohort sessions regularly.

      2. Notify in advance if unable to attend a session.

    3. Engagement in Community:

      1. Participate actively in discussions, forums, and collaborative activities within the Coach Lounge.

      2. Foster a supportive and respectful environment for fellow coaches.

    4. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about any updates, resources, or announcements shared within the community.

    Code of Conduct: Our community thrives on respect and support. Please refrain from using profanity, engaging in shaming, or any behavior intended to harm fellow coaches. Let's foster a positive and uplifting environment for everyone.

    Exclusive Insight Sharing: Respect the exclusivity of Mastermind sessions within the Elite membership tier. Avoid sharing session details with members outside the same tier and refrain from disclosing account information. This ensures the integrity of our exclusive features.

    Ownership and Copyright: All content on our site, including text and resources, is owned and copyright protected by Kelly Lamanteer, founder of The Fully Aligned Coach and Revived to Thrive. Please respect intellectual property rights.

    Conflict Resolution: If you encounter conflicts, disputes, or witness inappropriate behavior, reach out to Kelly and our admin team at info@thefullyalignedcoach.com for resolution.

    Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within the 3-month commitment period will result in an invoice for the remainder of the term. Upgrading within 24 hours with the same details avoids this charge. Note that signing up for a new membership tier restarts the 3-month commitment.

    Membership Termination: Members are responsible for terminating their membership. The Owner or Admin does not initiate terminations. If terminated within the 3-month commitment, an invoice will be sent to settle the agreed-upon term.

    Returns and Refunds: Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for our services and products.
